Compact fast charger specifically developed for XGT 40 V Max Li-ion batteries. With the optional charging adapter ADP10, the charger is also suitable for quickly charging LXT 14.4 V and 18 V batteries. The machines, batteries, and charger of the XGT platform are standard equipped with electronics, allowing them to communicate with each other. The charger provides the most optimized charging to the battery depending on the battery's status. The charger is also equipped with two fans: one to force cool the battery and one to cool the charging circuit. By combining these techniques, high temperatures in the battery and charger are prevented, thereby extending the battery's lifespan and significantly speeding up the charging process. Result: an optimal charging system. The XGT 40 V Max Li-ion batteries with capacities of 2.5 and 4.0 Ah are fully charged in 28 and 45 minutes, respectively. In combination with the ADP10, LXT batteries can also be charged faster than with LXT fast chargers. For example, a 6.0 Ah LXT battery is fully charged in 40 minutes, compared to 55 minutes with an LXT fast charger. Pure time savings. The charger can also be mounted on a wall.
